About
About my work
The work I have chosen for my website is mostly paintings. There is an emphasis on current and recent work but also shown are paintings that reflect my interests as an artist over the last thirty years or so.
One painting gives rise to another, more often than not similar in intention and theme. Change in my art seems to have an evolutionary quality. But this continuity does not account for the way some works emerge strong and satisfying, others not. Of course, I have chosen what I think are the stronger works. Some of them are for sale.
